First, please be sure that you have read all the information on our "How To Adopt" page. Then read the information below and then fill out the application.

Tax Deductible Donation of $300 is Required for all Adoptions.

• Be thorough and complete - We care deeply about our charges and this is our chance to get to know you and learn what a great home you want to provide. Feel free to tell us as much as you want. We've tried to provide plenty of space for you to do so.
• Printing - When you submit the application, it will be displayed back to you in a printer friendly format for printing via your web browser.

Note: We can only adopt to Southern California. Applications from outside of this area are automatically rejected.
